Redeeming Your Access Code
Important! You need to complete the redemption process on this website before you can use the mobile app.
Read through all three steps and when you're ready to start the process click the "Get Started" button in Step 3.
Step 1: Create your free account
To create your account you'll just need to enter your email, name and password. Be sure to check the "I'm not a robot" box and check the "Terms and Conditions" box. Then click the "Continue button. This will take you to the code entry screen.
Step 2: Enter your access code
In the screen for your VBS Music Bundle enter your code exactly as it is printed on your access card. Be sure to enter the dash with no spaces before or after. Then click the "Apply and Continue" button. In a few seconds you will automatically be redirected to your content catalog. Now you can play the VBS videos on the website. Enjoy! But don't forget step 3 below.
Step 3: Download and configure the free mobile app
Download the appropriate mobile app for your device (use the App Store or Google Play links at the bottom of this page). Open the app and click on the "Account" option at the bottom of the screen. Select "Sign In." In the next screen enter the same email and password you used when setting up your account on the website. Select "Continue." You should now have access to all the content you unlocked.
Troubleshooting
Issue: My code is not working.
The most common issue is interpreting the correct letter. Often the letter O is confused with the number 0 or the letter I is confused with the number 1. Try retyping the code with the other alternative.
Issue: The mobile app is saying I don't have access to my content.
Make sure you are logged into the mobile app with the exact same email and password you used when you setup your account on the website. See Step 3 above for instructions for logging into the mobile app.
Issue: I've enabled the content with my access code but I'd like to access some of the other videos too. What do I do?
You can purchase an access code for any of the programs you don't already have, just click the "Purchase" menu item at the top of the web page for options.
